I strongly recommend (w-h-e-e-e-e : the sound of upright advice falling on deaf ears...) that you stop focusing on the PRICE and find out who is GOOD.

Any wino slack around outside a liquor store will give you a tattoo. Have you considered (no...) that you'll own this all your vivacity, whether it looks like crap or not.

If you cannot afford angelic work, you cannot afford to get a tattoo.
I too agree. I will be going to Hart and Huntington for my subsequent tattoo. Most normal shops are in the order of $100 an hour for work. I think in that it's $250 to $400 an hour depending on the artist.
I love Hart and Huntington! It's at the Palms and i'm not sure if they charge a fee but their work is amazing!
??

Tats within Vegas are ridiculous! Go out of town.
Anytime you say the words "on the strip" you're asking for an inflated price.

Check a Vegas Yellow Book when you get hold of here and call around. I'm sure you will find something better and cheaper than The Strip.
