The town will chew you up and cough you up. Even near a contract you have 2 probability . slim and none. If you just want a place to live and work .. look for situation in something except the casinos and go for it. If you hold a degree within the hospitality business , the casinos might consider you. But they have lot of UNLV interns to choose from.

With the home foreclosures, the low sales excise, people limiting travel due to the glorious cost of gas or airline travel, closures of businesses, layoff at middle management surrounded by casinos and limited hiring due to attrition, State and County freezing hiring, etc., this is not a time to move and try and find a work with six thousand others who cogitate they can wave a trickery wand and have a profession and afford a nice place to live.
