There is no basis to be scared to call round or return.
Large sections of the city are still devastated and few ethnic group live there (Lakeview, Gentilly, Lower 9th Ward, NO East) so the areas look desperate. Many people assume that an nouns is dangerous because few houses are inhabited, but it just seem that way and is a psychological issue.
New Orleans is risky for people who are within the illegal drug business, mainly crack cocaine. However, you don't really have to verbs about it otherwise.

Born and raised within. I am not afraid to visit. I am merely afraid to own a home there at this time. I do not enjoy faith surrounded by the levees, the infrastructure, nor the people currently surrounded by charge.
