Do you plan on actually driving INTO Chicago? You don't vote if you do, so not sure what to tell you. But if you come into the city, you want to plan some indoor stuff, so dance shoppng on State Street (Macy's, Sears, H&M, etc.), or on Michigan Ave. (Water Tower Place, Niketown, Apple Store, etc.), go own lunch at Uno's pizzeria or another restaurant. Go hang out surrounded by Wicker Park. Not a lot to do since it's so cold outside. But if you want to explore the city, brand it indoor activities.
