Ahh the Girls of Summer tour. Very good show. Kid Rock and Run DMC depart up for them. Sad towards the end of leg one Jam Master Jay be shot and killed. Very heart-rending. There were 3 legs to this tour they open in August 13, 2002 P.N.C. Bank Arts Center, Holmdel, NJ for the first leg and closed this leg on September 22, 2002 Verizon Wireless Music Center, Noblesville, IN . The second leg open on October 2, 2002 UMB Bank Pavilion, Maryland Heights, MO. Which is now call Verizon and this is where I saw them. The second leg completed on November 14, 2002 Shoreline Amphitheatre, Mountain View, CA. For the third leg of the tour they opened surrounded by December 2, 2002 Allen Co. Memorial Coliseum, Fort Wayne, IN and closed on December 21, 2002 MCI Center, Washington, DC. Wow this was a great tour, they really did rock the house contained by STL and I am so glad that I got to see them! I know I paid approaching $40 for my tickets on the lawn and it be well worth it. They put on a great show that dark! I also saw them again in 2003 at like place this time they were next to Kiss and that really was an awesome show. Two great groups contained by rock performing together. I think I rewarded like $100 for that show and it be well worth it! This be the Rocksimus Maximus Tour. Awesome! Hope this helps!
