If you so, progress to Priceline, and bid on Cambridge/Somerville 3* hotels and up. You will most likely bring hotels on Memorial, such as the Hyatt, Royal Sonesta, Marlowe. The only hotel on Storrow that uses Priceline is the Doubletree Suites.
If you walk further down to Somerville, La Quinta is pretty cheap as well.
Storrow doesnt enjoy many hotels. The Doubletree is your best bet.
You can't find a parking spot in Boston for $10 a year.

Most main cities like Boston hold hotel rates over $100.00 a day. And some closer to $200.00.
Not to mention food.
You could sleep on a park bench for free. I guess for $10 you could munch through off the $1 menu at Taco Bell. But after you'd have to spend most of your time surrounded by a porta potty.
