White Mountains of Arizona (fairly close to you). Showlo and Snow Flake are the towns with hotels bad the top of my head. Flagstaff and Sedona are also duly cool that time of year.
Stay inside your house near the Air Conditioner on.or live in one of the Casinos for the summer. If you want to obtain out of Las Vegas altogether I hear it's pretty cool in Antarctica during the Summer.
My personal recommendation would be something close to kansas city or Minneapolis. Hot in the summer and Cold contained by the winter. The best of both worlds!
Or you could just be approaching everyone else and do New York or Los Angeles. Pretty Mild climate wise those two cities are
