How do I carry to UC Berkeley from San Francisco?
How far is it? and what's the best mode of transport to get in that?
Thanks in advanced!
Answers:
BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) is the fastest. If the train's running on time, take about 20-30 minutes. You bring back off at the downtown Berkeley station on Shattuck Ave. The Western side of the campus is 1 block away.
You can also pocket a lettered (i.e. "F") AC Transit Transbay bus leaving from SF that go to downtown Berkeley. Depending on traffic, can take 45 minutes or longer.
By vehicle, you drive East over the Bay Bridge, take I-880 North, procure off at University Avenue. The street ends at the Western snake of the campus. Depending on traffic can take 30 minutes (middle of the night) to daytime 45 minutes or much longer.
10-15 miles depending on the piece of san fran you are in. walk across the bay bridge (not the golden gate) to oakland, if you drive the I-80 freeway will steal you to university drive in berkeley, which is lately north of oakland. or take the BART string, it runs straight to the campus
You can jump to the website bart.gov and it will tell you how much, how far and it will give an account you all the information.Ok i hope this help in any instrument. i live in the fjord area and i do know trust me.I gone to UC Berkeley lots of times.
