What is up next to the parking meters within Pentagon Row?

What I mean is the meters enjoy a button you push, which will give you one hour of time for free. When that time is up you can push it again, for free, and achieve another hour. I asked a cop who was surrounded by the area and he said you can push it as abundant times as you like. Why do they bother to hand over out warnings if you run out of time, since you are not paying the meter. I could see if you have to pay the meter and time run out, but we are talking basicaly something like free parking. The warnings voice if they catch you again they will tow your vehicle. What is up near this? So you forgot to push a button for free time on the meter, what is the big deal?

The system requires that the vehicle driver be neighbouring and therefore shopping at the stores and intake at the restaurants. It prevents commuters from parking there for free, taking Metro from Pentagon City and working adjectives day somewhere else. It forces those who are going to be within long term to park underground, which charges hourly.

And, in that aren't too many of the "push for 1 hour free parking" spaces. So, the system entices you beside the prospect of parking free; you usually have to earnings; and it forces turnover of the free spaces to push consumers through.

Its actually a ace system, if you spend time to think going on for it.
