Crater Lake, Oragon?
We are visiting at hand in July. What is within to do besides looking at the lake and forests? We are a couple contained by our 20's.

I go to Crater Lake about a year ago, but contained by the winter. It is amazingly large. The lodge be closed, but it looked like a nice lodge. We stayed within Klamath Falls. The drive was longer than I thought it would be to draw from to Crater Lake. Klamath Falls had totally little to offer. The empire in Klamath Falls be not as friendly as other parts of Oregon and Klamath Falls is located in more of the dry desert nouns of Oregon so it is not green and pretty like the nouns off of 5 and closer to the coast. Overall, in that was hugely little to do. The lake is nice and worth seeing, but I would not recommend more than a time in Klamath Falls/Crater Lake.
And I must hoarding that Bend Oregon was a complete disappointment. If the choice be stay in Klamath Falls or verbs on to Bend I would say stay contained by Klamath Falls! Ashland Oregon is also a cute little town worth visiting, but does not own a lot going on. It is roughly 1.5 hours away from Klamath Falls.

I would suggest a dip within Kalamath lake that time of year. It can gain warm. Kalamath Falls is not much, but it have a bit to offer. Try for a time fishing, or drive a few hours up to Bend, you may want to lay over befor going back though. Wish I could be more back.

There's a great inn at Crater Lake if you decide to sway around a couple of days. There are boat tours on the lake, too.
Don't mark out yourself though...see more of our great state, especially the Pacific beaches, more than ever that spectacular part of the coast north of Newport.
There is a great hot spring around there ''umpqua". Bend would be righteous for a couple your age. If you have time the coast is amazing. Fishing on the umpua for steelhead could be angelic. Go to the Rogue river is a drive but nice. Rafting, mt. biking, Mt. Climbing. Many choices. And to the girl that thought K. Falls is better to stay in later Bend, I guess she has no clue. Bend is 1 of the fastest growing places surrounded by the country and 1 of the top outdoor places to live in the U.S.
