Does anyone know of a hotel that have a room to accomodate 2 adults and 5 kids?
We will be travelling down I-75 heading for Orlando and would prefer all 2 adults and 5 kids stay surrounded by one room. We are quite inclined to have any 3 in a bed or 1 surrounded by a sleeping bag on the floor but it seem no hotels will allow more than 6 to a room. Ideally, we would likely be contained by the Tennesse area for our overnight doing a tour. Any suggestions??

Check out KOA. Besides tent and RV sites, most hold out Kabins, Kottages, Lodges and other types of family shelter. On the minus side, KOA doesn't supply bed linens or towels and some of the smaller Kabins own no bathroom -- you walk down to the shower house for toilets and hot showers. On the plus side your kids will own plenty of things to do and there will probably be a hot swirl for the adults. Also, you park right by your place, so you don't have to tote a bunch of stuff to a hotel room and you don't verbs about your motor being broken into while you sleep. www.koa.com
You didn't say when you'll be traveling. The Nickelodeon Hotel have suites with three bedrooms within it. The usual two bedroom suite has a bedroom for the parents and a separate room for kids near either bunk bed or two twins. So the three bedroom should have double the kids space. There's also a sofa surrounded by the living room, which I'm sure is a sofa bed, if I remember. The rates can be pretty high during unquestionable times of the year, but you can also get pretty apposite deals contained by the off season.
Just net the reservation for the # they say you can hold...have one parent check within at the front while other stays with the kids...consequently load everyone into the chosen room. they don't police how various people closing stages up in a room...especially if it is merely for one night.
I would simply say you enjoy four kids and two adults. I doubt they will check to make sure. Get a room near two doubles and a pull out sofa. Two per bed near one bed having three.
Some Hotels have special Suites that allow larger family to sleep peacefully. They have approaching, Two king size beds, a double sofa bed and possibly rollaway beds (at extra charges).
But resembling you say, it is bloody that hotels have larger rooms for occupation of more than 6. Try some hotels next to special suites. All the best.
