Thinking almost moving to Arizona?
My dad wants to relocate to Arizona. He is considering Mesa or Chandler. He doesn't want to spend plentifully on a place. What other cities are there contained by the Phoenix area? What going on for crime rates and such? We want a nice place to live with nice school. Thanks.

I live in Mesa. I one-sidedly have lived within the east valley since 1977 and wouldn't live anywhere else contained by the Phx area.
I don't know what you consider profoundly, but housing has gone up a large amount in olden times year. he can check here: http://www.realtor.com/ to get some concept of what is available.
Phoenix is now the 5th largest city surrounded by the US. There are lots of people and crime have gone up accordingly.
however, this is a great place to live. except immediately, of course. but winter is wonderful!!
well my sister lives here in mesa .. and i reflect on mesa is great.. its hot. but the best thing is that most houses are affordable and you own a pool. When i went i have alot of fun . in the hours of darkness u get to jump in the pool and stay up belated . its alot of fun if u have dirt bikes it also cool cuz u find to ride them in the street.
but as long as the crime rate the 2 months that i be there it be great for me. i wasn't scared or anything surrounded by the middle of the night its quiet and everything. i loves it there and i muse you'll have deeply of fun.
I live in Mesa very soon but I used to live in Chandler and I one-sidedly love Chandler. I think it is better than any other city here. Awatukee is another great city to live within. There are parts of Mesa that are beautiful and nice to live within but then near are some parts that are not very apposite. North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley are probably the 2 nicest cities to live in but they are also the most upscale and expensive cities to live within. I would have your dad check out the Chandler and Awatukee areas, they are affordable and especially nice. I personally would NOT live within the city of Phoenix.
