Where are the best places to chill and gather round relations within waikiki coast and what are the best 18+ clubs?

There aren't completely many..check out Venus (just breed sure you don't go on Friday darkness if you're straight!).
As far as where to chill and unite people within Waikiki.check out Duke's. It's a hangout spot that's got some pious food and is ALWAYS crowded!

Dukes is the best place in my view to chill and meet folks, it is over 21 though. As I have one and only been to Hawaii when I've be over 21 I don't know any 18+ clubs
Duke's is great. You can go near and hang but you can't drink until you're 21. Sunday night there are great!
Go wager on in 3 years (when you're 21) and travel to Rumours at the Ala Moana, the Aquarium on Kuhio, Moose McGillycuddy's on Lewers, LuLu's on the corner of Kalakaua and Kapahulu, and tons of other places I can't think of right very soon!
You can chill and meet individuals all over the beach of waikiki. As for the clubs, there's lots of places you can go. Zanzabar is 18 and over on Thursdays. Pipeline, O-Lounge, Lulus, and Venus are also over 18. Just see out for Venus though, don't go at hand on the male revue darkness, or you'll be in for a suprise and wander right out.
