THEY DONT...THEY HAVE A/C!
We concord with it by staying indoors next to the A/C on, or outside swimming.
well we a moment ago got used to it. but at hand are pools to cool down yourself, and its enjoyable.
That would be Air conditioning in our homes, our office, our cars and in the shopping centers. We also stay inside freshly like you do contained by the winter time...I know I grew up in 20 below...we didn't do much!

Try to avoid going out during the hottest parts of the day-do your shopping/errands very rash morning, or in the evenings when the sun is starting to run down
Stay hydrated! Drink tons of water during the hot summers
Go swimming
Indoor undertakings: movies, malls, roller skating/ice skating (yes, it sounds so weird to say aloud ice skating when it is 110 degree outside-but there are several rime rinks around!)
If you happen to work outdoors, you'll necessitate to use a lot of sunscreen, a widespread brimmed hat, lots of dampen (worth repeating), a short break every now and later to rest so you don't suffer from heat stroke/heat nouns

We get this sound out a lot on here. I could ask how do empire up north put up with below freezing temperature for months at a time? Wind and snow and ice and second-hand goods like i.e. the reason I live where on earth it is warm. It's nil to deal next to 3 months of hot for 9 months of awesome weather.
I don't do cold. Cold sucks way more than warmness.
We try our hardest to stay inside until night time. Then we adjectives come out like vampires!! Born and raise here and I will never get used to it, it's miserable and depressing!! :)

I was born surrounded by Tucson and I visit every yr or two surrounded by the summertime. I LOVE it!! Its a dry heat, so much more bearable than humid summers here contained by Virginia. It does get desperate though.. just stay inside from 11-4. Thats what I'd suggest.

Phoenix for the boil if they like it, and for finding job. Most
people disappear during the summers and they are called, Snow-
birds. They move off around Easter and return in overdue October.
They live the rest of the year in cool climates which turn cold
during plunge and winter. They live the ideal duration, being competent to
move back and forth respectively year.

Probably Air conditioning..I know that is how we operate with it surrounded by Bakersfield. i have an aunt that lives out here and another in the Imperial Valley. Sometimes they can not even come outside.

Tube the river, go to one of our four marine parks. Sit inside in the A/C, Go swimming.
