Rancho cordova ?
is it nice town? is it better than carnichael?
Answers:
It depends on which piece of Rancho Cordova, the old chunk is not that good, the unmarked part close to the older Mather Air Force is better as far as housing but I would choose Carmichael
a very bizarre town full of crime
for the most part, it can be an arm pit! A lot of crime and elderly housing. Some rather serious gang such as those run by the Russians. A well certain place for car chop shops.
There are some newer housing developments (i.e. Anatolia, Mather, etc) going surrounded by but they're rather expensive.. Some groups are working to revamp the apartment complexes. At smallest one new and clothed complex has be built in the end few years but it doesn't guarantee separation from the crime...
Charmichael may be a little better... You should do your research in the past moving there... As a unadulterated estate agent or look at the web sites that rate apartments. they mostly have biddable statistics.
There is one nouns in Rancho Cordova specifically nice. It is called Gold River. Gold River is close to highway 50 and the river. The homes are commonly expensive. The rest of Rancho is not great and I would not even consider moving there. I would choose Carmichael over Rancho Cordova.
agree with the individual who suggested Carmichael - there are nice rural parts in that, with horses.
I lived out within for a while, and liked it.
