Answers:
pocket the R train to quensborough plaza , from there steal train 7 last stop and appropriate the bus it will take u to bayside, rememeber u can use the subway card fro the bus and train trip cost u 2 dollars.
Bayside Transportation:
Bayside is a 30-minute commute to Penn Station by LIRR (Port Washington procession, Bell Blvd at 41st St). There is no subway (but some commuters take the bus to the #7 at Flushing Main Street). Two express buses run to Midtown Manhattan contained by about 50 minutes: the QM2 (Bell Blvd and 23rd Ave) and the QM2A (Corporal Kennedy Blvd and 23rd Ave).
Which parts of Central Park are you heading to?
Depends on what service of train on Long Island Railroad you take. It's 20-30 minute from Bayside Station Zone 3) to Penn Station (Zone 1).
Buy ticket $7.25 crag, $5.25 off-peak from Ticket Vending Machine or Ticket Office. On weekends, you could save money buy purchasing $3.25 CityTicket.

From nearby take Manhattan-bound (E)/(F) trains.

$5 Express Buses are QM2 Daily and QM2A weekdays only.

They drop-off/pickup at 6th Av/55th St and 57th St/Madison Av.
My friend, pilfer Q12, Q13, N20 or N21 bus from Bayside to the Main Street-Flushing subway station.

At the Main Street-Flushing subway station, transfer to a Manhattan-bound #7 train (Purple Line). Take the Manhattan-bound train from Main Street-Flushing to 74th Street-Broadway.

At 74th Street-Broadway, shift downstairs and transfer to a Manhattan-bound "F" train (Orange Line). Take the "F" train from Roosevelt Avenue-Jackson Heights to 57th Street-6th Avenue.

When you exit the subway at 57th Street, stride 2 blocks north along 6th Avenue from 57th to 59th Street. The entrance to Centra Park is at the end of 6th Avenue.

I hope this information is markedly helpful. Good luck and wallow in.
