I live here and the Gaudalupe river is break open for tubing..Comal too..You can start in the town of historical Gruene and Rockin R tubing.. You can stir all sunshine, but wear your sunscreen. It was closed for two weeks, due to the big water, but presently is open and is running at a clip..Watch the rapids..In Gruene in that is an old mill that have been turned into a restaraunt, indoor and outdoor dining. Its call the Gristmill.Been to the natural bridge Cavens and didnt meticulousness for it much..Kinda boring, and closterphobic. And really humid down there inside.Just look at New Braunfels website and you will see other things todo..I hear surrounded by the future they are planning to build a Disneyland on the 46 between New Braunfels and Seguin.
Peppers doesn't exist anymore. that be in San Marcos

Go to Landa Park. They own an old terrifically cold but refreshing natural spring feed pool dated back to the 20's. It's fun to at least possible try and Landa Park has like mad of cool walking areas or you can fish and feed ducks. There is inherent bridge caverns on the style to san antonio, but not quite that far. And, Snake Farm also on I35. I approaching to go to Pat's Place to put away. Kind of a hang out for the local teens, too. On the method to San Marcos there is an outlet shopping precinct which is very nice and within New Braunfels, you can go over to the nouns where they enjoy taken all the weak homes and even the old college house on Old School house road behind the Canyon Middle School. That is kinda nice. I'm going home for my New Braunfels dignified school reunion and we are going to golf, nice golfing surrounded by the area also. Have fun.
idk schlitterbarn
Guadalupe River tubing.
Well, if you live close new braunfels, i would reccomend you buy a season overhaul to got ot schlitterbahn. If u buy the season surpass u can go everyday w/ u and u're buddys.
When you said besides Schlitterbahn I'm guessing you are thinking sooner or later at Schlitterbahn is all you will want to do, and hold a need for ways to stuff the rest of your time. I would recommend you either purchase a season leave behind and go multiple days to the 'bahn or at the massively least buy a 2-day go by as Schlitterbahn is the largest waterpark in the nation. One sunshine just want allow you to ride everything or achieve your fill. If possible do not stir on a weekend, a Tuesday is the best day to dance. From 6 to 8 p.m. is a great time to ride the rides that have lines, as oodles of the lines will be short by then. During the meeting crowd time of the day do the moats and tidal wave pool and activities that do not require standing contained by line. If you are going to be near for several days maybe you adjectives would enjoy the adjectives park at Landa Park. The city has the most wonderful city park I own ever seen. They enjoy paddle boats that are fun to ride, but the city pool/aquatic park is pretty awsome too. It have a huge spring-fed pool, an Olympic pool, and a zero-entry kiddie pool. The spring-fed has a fastener line, really cool massive sheeting slide called the Wet Willy, and a big rope swing. They are adjectives something 16-year-old boys would really enjoy. If you bought a 2-day go beyond to Schlitterbahn you could go in attendance on a Tuesday, the city pool on a Wed., then rear legs to Schlitterbahn on Thurday. There is also a frisbee golf corse by the river in Prince Solms Park. This park have the Comal river and tube shoot which I'm sure you already know about. Many race come to NB just to ride the Comal and do the tube shoot.
New Braunfels draws a open-minded amount of tourism from across the state, particularly because of the cold-spring rivers that run through the city. Many generation of families still return during the summer to tube down the Guadalupe River or Comal River. New Braunfels is the site of one of the most illustrious water parks contained by the United States, the Schlitterbahn WaterPark Resort. The Comal River is the second shortest in the world(after the D River contained by Oregon), just 3.2 miles (5.2 km) long, until that time emptying into the Guadalupe River. It is devoted to leisure most of its length, being stocked next to trout, and for tubing. The upper reaches of the Comal are crumpled with park areas.
You are in for a fun time!! Great place to dance!! If you and your friends love German food, then nearby is a restaurant near Schlitterbahn which have an outdoor and indoor eating nouns! It is beautiful here and the food is wonderful! They hold dances outside and they are traditional German dancers! It is a wonderful time and awesome food! Great prices as powerfully.

Also, you have the cave there...i cannot remember the identify but, it was formed from a scorn. You are actually competent to see the faultline. This is not expensive at all and it ends near a bang that I contemplate you all will relish!! There are signs for this in the nouns and you can find them easily!!

There are several other things to do as powerfully! There's a lovely restaurant on the river which was once an out-of-date mill. It still has the elderly water joystick and the water is so clear that plentiful dive there too! The restaurant sits above the falls and I mull over the name is Peppers! You can drink on the patio and study the divers and swimmers below.

Now, I know that you must be aware that the river which runs through there have a mind of its own. With all the precipitation we have have...please be careful as that river is going to be glorious and fast! In reality, I almost drown in a swirl there, years ago! It can be fundamentally frightening and deadly if you do not exercise alot of knowledge!

Okay, I hope I have help you out. There are many things you adjectives can do there. Just own fun, be careful and keep watch on that river before getting into it anywhere!
As far as I know you must do the hose park, the Travel Channels says it is the best within the US. I plan to try it out this summer.
