home on TV it is going to be c old this year.
I don't know about going surrounded by, pass the police up close (I devise you have to know someone or something) but the most you can do is stand on the corner of where on earth GAP is or Victoria's Secret but it's very crowded in attendance.
depends what you are looking for..if you are looking to get in/get out..bring back closer to the beginning of the route Central Park West nouns.if you are looking to to stand by amenities (ex bathroom, deli's etc) look around Broadway between Times Sq and Herald Sq. In this area I would be near no later than 7:30 to take a spot by the baricades. Finally, everyone let's the smaller kids get thru and sit on the curb so they can seize a better view. Finally dress thaw out, this area is righteous but does not see alot of sun at this time so.be prepared.
