Its swimmable but not tremendously enjoyable...

I have be in the marine in March and it have been 82 and I hold seen it contained by the low 70's. If the wind is blowing out of the north or northeast, the marine can get chilly. When it is blowing up from the south or southeast, it can be tropically heat up even in March.
This winter have been markedly warm contained by South Florida. I have be in the the deep several times. More importantly, however, is your perspective. If you come from the north, sometimes the beach hose never gets above 75 even within the summer. In this case you will find the wet beautiful here contained by March regardless. Come and enjoy!
