Has anyone kitesurfed the chasm? is it great?

I have not tried it any, but again, like abundant others, would like to hold. I can tell you that between Hood River and The Dalles, is powerfully known for wind-surfing. It is possibly the coil surfing capitol of the world. Yes a big statement, but very possibly true. For years I own seen them ripping the marine like crazy. Lessons are to be found, but not by me...LOL. People hold come from around the world to hit the Columbia river and try the water. I craving you luck and thrills.
I personally own not kitesurfed it. However, I was traveling and visit there a couple of weeks ago. I go to an area where on earth they were kitesurfing newly to take some pics. I started chitchat with several of the kiters that I be taking pics of. Using their descriptions of what they were doing and how it feel, I can definitely share you that IT MUST BE GREAT!!
I wish that I have the time to try it.suggest that you get a guide that tell you where the best places are to kitesurf for the stratum of kiter you are. I saw these maps surrounded by several of the brochures of the gorge that I picked up along the route.
