Neone know of believable apt or house prices within Austin tx? Or might even resort to living surrounded by san marcos.?
Just wondering how much it would be. Need to move soon. Im pretty sure san marcos would be somewhat cheaper, however, Austins more convient... I just want prices on how much it is usally to achieve a good consistency!

Personally, I live in south austin and my rent is $725 for a 2/2. That is on the low extremity of the scale though. If you want a really nice place expect to reward $1500 or more, but I have found some for $850-$1000. It depends on the nouns.
If you want to search on the internet, in that are a couple of good sites.
Allaustin.com have some good listings adjectives around and you can search for specific places, areas or price ranges. You own to create a profile, but they don't send you spam if you do. Just the first performance email with your password and adjectives that. Their listings are really helpful and inventory from high to low come to an end apartments.
Rainiermanagement.com also has some worthy listings. They don't have incredibly many but the ones they enjoy are pretty nice and fairly inexpensive.
