Is Detroit glory?
I want to move somewhere with the best weather, available job market, and reduction in America. Not to mention low traffic, an excellent cost of living, and low crime. I regard I can find all of these contained by Detroit, Michigan. It's got the best reputation of any city within America.

that is the funniest entity I think I own ever read! I lived outside of Detroit for the first 18 yrs of my life and I found it to be far from glory. My favorite place that I have lived thus far is Pawley's Island, SC.. much closer to watertight than Detroit!

This is obnoxious. I'm sick of associates writing this pointless ****. With the exception of the snow which is mostly an annoyance, the weather here is great. No hurricanes, tornadoes (some in the suburbs but not the city), or earthquake. We also get to experience the charm of four beautiful, distinct season. The job souk and the economy are contained by a rough patch, much like most of the country. The traffic is not desperate at all compared to other crucial cities like LA and NYC. Normal rush hour type stuff- similar to all other cities. The crime surrounded by some parts of the city is bad, but if you use adjectives sense you're not going to be shot, robbed or raped, contrary to popular belief. This is the same as any other principal city. Don't run around alone in the middle of the dark with a hundred dollar bill slack out of your pocket and you'll be fine. Detroit has some exquisite houses which are extremely affordable and lots of art, diversity and culture all around. Great music venue, sports teams and bar and restaurants too. So if you're being serious, which I'm pretty sure you're not, I will utter YES, Detroit can be your own personal heaven if you construct it. Anywhere can be. And if you're being hurtful I'm going to tell you to bug off- quit wasting your time and ours near these dumb "questions" mocking a city that you probably know nothing something like and one in which you're markedly not doing anything to help.
Where did you hear these awful lies. What you are motto about Detroit is NOT True. Detroit have good weather contained by the summer but harsh weather within the winter. The job open market is horrible and there are NO JOBS anywhere and Detroit have the worst economy anywhere. The crime rate is horrible and Detroit be recently rank as the Most Dangerous City in America. If you move to Detroit, you will be apologetic, broke, and unemployed.
This is getting OLD. I'm from Chicago and I can speak Detroit is NOT bad. It have a nice downtown and good surrounding metro. The cutback will improve. Sooooooo yeah own fun.

HAHAHA no way. sorry to ruin it but detroit is not right for any of those, is one of the worest places for traffic in the joined states, cost of living is expensivie, high crime and you must seriously be kid right?
