What are your viewpoint on the townhomes surrounded by kentland (kent village), landover, maryland?
i know someone that is getting organized to move there, and i merely wanted to know the "pros and cons" to moving contained by that area, esp on any "hawthorne street or virigina ave".

I don't know what neighborhood you're conversation about but if you are interested I would margin out the neighborhood and area on a weeknight evening and weekend evening to see what it's approaching if you are worried about whether the nouns is a bit shady.
