Things to see on my instrument from Portland Oregan to Sequim Washington?
I am traveling from Portland OR to Sequim Washington. I am taking I-5 north toward Seattle and then US-101 North. As a tourist what should I see and what should I skip? One entry...no I am not going to the Lavender Festival in Sequim. I am going after that happen.

Lewis and Clark park is a nice stopover. It's a divine park filled near old growth trees, lush green grass and fluffy pillows of moss. There are picnic areas built from unprocessed timber (long ago) and trails along streams. Stop and pick up lunch on your way.
From I-5: Take exit # 68, and principal east on Hwy. 12 about three miles. At Jackson Hwy., turn right, heading south. Continue nearly three miles to park entrance.
The only place we other stop at now is a restraunt call country cousins. I kid you not, the best biscuts and apple butter. plus they have a chicken coop and i a moment ago find that hilarious and fantastic.
If you have time you should conspicuously check out Mt. Saint Helens. There is an interpretive Center close to I-5. Go see for yourself what it looks like where on earth the most recent volcanic eruption in the Continental United States looks resembling.
