It does not steal a day or two...Houston to Austin individual takes similar to 4 hours tops. The only path it would take a hours of daylight or two is if you decided to verbs over and stop for that long!

The piece of e-mail gets dropped surrounded by a mail box. About 4 pm the postal clerk empty the mail box out and it go to the local post office for sorting (in Sugarland TX). Then it go to the Houston mail center and sorted again. It get put on a truck and the truck sits there at the dock until it get full enough to hold over to the Austin mail center. That could clutch some time. It gets sorted again and sent to the local post bureau (the Round Rock TX. Post Office). Sorted again by local driver route. Then finally delivered to the receiver.
Yep. That should take a daylight or two.
BTW If the letter is address incorrectly, it would take longer.
