Is it comfortable to carry a taxicab from the Philly Amtrak station?
I have to be surrounded by Philly for work on Friday. I'm coming in via Amtrak (2955 Market St, Philadelphia). Is it unforced to get a hackney carriage there? Is near a cab stand? Should I arrange for transportation ahead of time via phone? Any hackney cab company info would also be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, the 30th Street Station is lovely and huge. If you are an appreciator of architecture, bring your camera, actually. Then step outside and team up the line, where on earth you will find a large hackney cab stand.
While I haven't be to Penn Station Philadelphia in 20 years, near was a hackney carriage stand right out front.
There will be dozens in attendance...you shouldn't have a rock-hard time at all.
Just within case.
