Has anybody ever be to Eaton Canyon within Pasadena, Ca ... ever be to the 2nd flume?
I went at hand with some friends and took the trail to the cascade where everyone go, but then one of my friends lead us up the mountain where we climbed rocks to find around and then some ropes to return with down some short cliffs and back along the river where on earth we hopped the rocks for a long time and actually have to walk through the river for a touch too. We eventually reached a 2nd flume near a grotto where the trail completed and swam. Why is this 2nd watefall never mentioned ... I researched online and nobody seems to know nearly it. My friend also said we could continue climbing up the mountain to a 3rd torrent and to an area which holds an discarded train. Anyone know how safe explicitly or ever been that far? Any probability of encountering a mountain lion?

I hold been near birdwatching...but never made it to the waterfalls..interesting..I will hold to try and hike to them sometime..be not even aware of them. Mountain lions can very very well be around, but you actually have an encounter with one would be pink. They try and avoid human contact whenever possible. I work outdoors all hours of daylight everyday in mountain lion country and enjoy YET to see one. I would suggest carrying pepper spray with you whenever you travel..just for common protection.
