Hotel within New Orleans?
I'm torn between the Le Pavillon and Hotel Provincial - would you recommend one above the other?
Thanks!
Answers:
depends what your expecting.
they both are getting on in years
and you''l any love it or wish it be newer.
some of the rooms are on the small side, same with the bathrooms. both own good locations and excellent staff.
own you looked into B&B's
I've not stayed here but this place was notably recommended
by a picky friend.

they didn't have a rental motor so if you do ask about the parking, can be expensive and complicated contained by some areas.
Historically the Le Pavillion is the choice to be in motion with, its a larger Hotel but own heard its not what it used to be as of unsettled. The Hotel Provincial is in a better nouns in a low area of the French Quarter but will not volunteer as many services as the other. You should be fine beside either odds but if you are narrowing it down to these 2 I would go near Le Pavillion.
Depends on what you want.
The Le Pavillion is probably the most decorative hotel contained by New Orleans and it is a great place to stay (I lived there for 6 months contained by 2006). The Le Pavillion also has a significant lobby with a legitimate bar. However, it is a somewhat long stride to the French Quarter and there are few bars/restaurants really close by.
The Provincial is surrounded by the French Quarter and in a right location. It is not as decorative as the Le Pavillion but is a impeccably fine place to stay. There are many bars/restaurants inside a block of the hotel.
Hope that helped.
