If you buy this little Mickey call Pal Mickey, it will tell you when the characters are coming and where on earth they will be...its a interactive mickey that gives you tips throughout adjectives the Disney parks.tells when to be in motion to the parades, when the shows start, and where on earth the characters are, this would be great for your contest...and you probably would win. Good luck and have fun.
At the Magic Kingdom, they hold meet-and-greets right in front of the park entrance and on Main Street USA. In Adventureland, you can touch Chip and Dale or Robin Hood-related characters; in Frontierland, you can come across Woody and Jesse - sometimes you might even see Br'er Fox there, too. You can join Ariel and Pooh in Fantasyland and Stitch contained by Tomorrowland. Toontown offers seriously of characters like Disney princesses, Goofy, Donald, Pluto, Daisy and Minnie. You can come across Mickey inside the Judge's Tent. Occasionally, you'll see Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum along with the White Rabbit contained by Toontown as well. You can even dine near characters at restaurants like the Crystal Palace or inside Cinderella's Castle. Ariel and Mickey are two of the most popular meet-and-greets, so expect to be waiting a while if you're not here early. If you do draw from there untimely, I suggest visiting Ariel first, since Toontown doesn't unfurl until about 60-90 minutes after the park itself open, and wait times for Ariel can be up to an hour or more.
At Epcot, you can unite random characters at Character Connection contained by Future World (to the right of Spaceship Earth). In World Showcase, you can meet Mulan surrounded by China, Pooh and Mary Poppins in UK, Koda (Brother Bear) surrounded by Canada, Belle and Aurora in France, Aladdin/Jasmine contained by Morocco, Snow White in Germany, and Donald/Jose/Panchito within Mexico.
At Disney Studios, many of the leading characters meet contained by front of the Sorceror's Hat including Chip and Dale, Stitch, Pooh, Mickey and Minnie, Goofy, Donald and sometimes Chicken Little. You can meet Mike and Sully close the ABC Commissary restaurant and the Power Rangers in front of the Extreme Stunt Show. Toy Story characters are at Al's Toy Barn subsequent to MuppetVision 3D. You can meet more characters inside the Animation Gallery. After the play, additional characters see in the procession offer meet-and-greets at the Sorceror's Hat.
At Animal Kingdom, erratic characters linger outside the park entrance. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald respectively have their own photo hut in the vicinity the Lion King show at Camp Minnie-Mickey. You can also meet Koda, Chip and Dale, Lilo and Stitch, Pooh, Baloo and Timon. You can collect Rafiki and Pocahontas at Rafiki's Planet Watch - Pocahontas even helped me find some Hidden Mickeys. :)
Those are where on earth the characters are located when I visited. All role meet-and-greet locations are listed on the Times Guide.
In Magic Kingdom, the characters are Camp Mickey which is behind Tomorrowland. You can touch the princesses there and Goofy and friends. Winnie the Pooh and Tigger are surrounded by front of the Winnie the Pooh adventure. Other characters will appear once surrounded by a while. It's hard to find them if you're surrounded by and out of rides.
In Epcot, you can meet Mickey, Minnie and others subsequent to a little Ice Cream shop.
In Hollywood Studios, you can collect Mr. and Mrs. Incredibles, Frozone and so on. There's also Mike & Sulli from Monsters. Inc, Kim Possible and the Power Rangers. Kim and the Power Rangers are out near where on earth the Car Stunt Show is at. The Incredibles are inside of the Animation Show. Mike and Sulli are next to the ABC Commissary.
In Animal Kingdom, usually the animals from Jungle Book and so on. They are usually at the entrance. They're not other there though but there's a Camp Mickey where on earth the Lion King show's at, there's a little nouns where the characters would be.
Have fun!

Mickey, Minnie, etc. at the Judge's Tent
Mostly fundamental the entrance, Main street and in Fantasy parkland. But they can just more or less anywhere. Why don't you attend the special breakfast they have next to the characters -- it's a bit more money, but the kids love it.
1. At Camp Mickey-Minnie at Animal Kingdom, at hand are little huts with a persona in respectively. We met Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Stitch, Lilo, and Pocohantas within give or take a few 30 minutes.
2. Inside the building at Rafiki's Planetwatch area (or doesn`t matter what it's called; pocket the little train to get there) contained by Animal Kingdom, we met Rafiki and Jiminy Cricket.
3. Get (and use at least once) a Disney Rewards Visa credit card at https://secure.disney.go.com/wdw/special...
and you can attend a cardmember-only run into and greet at Epcot. You will also get a free 5X7 photo. We met Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy nearby.
4. Fun secret--If you go to the Magic Kingdom by monorail, step to the front of the monorail before you grasp on and ask if you can ride up front with the driver. (4 empire can do this at a time.) If someone is already riding there, newly wait for the subsequent monorail; it will arrive very speedily. My kids even got a "co-pilot's license" when they did this.
