New York for my 10th Aniversary, suggestions?
Me and my wife are going to New York (midtown) next weekend for our 10th aniversary.
Anyone own any suggestions on things to do? This will be our first time to the city.

Take your wife to The Tavern on the Green within Central Park for a fabulous dinner. Enjoy a hansome cab ride through the park after dinner. Then pay for to your hotel for drinks at the bar.
If you own never been to NYC, here is my top roll of sights to see while you are there:
Rockefeller Center
Empire State Building
Macy's Herald Square
Broadway

China Town is a great experience
So are the usual things like Statue Island to see Statue of Liberty
Go see Times Square and Madison Square Gardens
Rockefeller Center
If you are going to walk to the top of the Empire State Building, make ure the visibility is well brought-up - it costs $18.00 to go up
Agreed about Tavern on the Green! Beautiful, classic fine dining, and logically since it's the fall, pocket her on a carriage ride around Central Park :). If you've never be on one, it's quite the experience for around $40.
The roof garden at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (admission is suggested donation!) is also still start. Go there for a mid-day drink during the weekday (NOT the weekend, you'll see more populace than sights), and enjoy an overhead landscape of Central Park in the Fall. Gorgeous!
For our 2nd anniversary, I treated my husband to a spa roll at the Oasis Day Spa. A whopping $200. but it was a TIME OF OUR LIVES! So relaxing and SO much pamper. I wouldn't go to any other spa within the city. definitely the best at Oasis. I signed up for their email account when I was in that and they always hold sales (I want I had certain when I booked our anniversary package!!).
Also romantic, but FREE - take ride to Staten Island! You get a gorgeous outlook of the Long Island Sound and the Statue of Liberty. I did that too but I never knew what to do once I obtain to Staten Island hahaha... I always simply waited partially hour for the next take to see Manhattan again :)
All in adjectives... stay away from the tourist traps around Time Square, and spend more time around other parts of town!
