Is public transit surrounded by LA that impossible? I surmise driving would be worse??
I would like an honest feelings. I am not sure I want to rent a car, right to be heard how bad is the public transport? I integer if it's bad, I prefer the bus driver drive me to some extent than I get stuck surrounded by the same traffic. I'd close to to go to usual, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach from airport and to. Give me an example. What do I entail to do to get from Beverly Hills to Venice Beach? And from Venice Beach to Santa Monica by public transport?

The only problems near public trans is it takes forever to achieve where you want to be in motion, plus having to pout up near screaming kids and smelly homeless people! It may be cheaper to embezzle the bus, but for a much better time and peace of mind, rent a car!
its not what people ponder...the people that criticize the bus are the ones who own never used it.you just receive use to it, it takes a short time longer during the day..some routes hold direct lines which means they dont stop every signal, you merely have to swot the tricks..i go to the coast, sporting events, and at the end of the year i save money, plenty of discounts for those who use the metro, you only have to ask, if you are a forgiving person who doesnt hang around until the last minute for everything, you will relish the metro..
its not as bad as relatives will think

Santa Monica, (assuming you are in Lax)
you first run a Lax "C:" shuttle to the lax city bus center
(or 96th/Sepulveda) then board a Santa Monica #3 or
the Rapid 3 both will pilfer you to Santa Monica for 75cents
now if you needed to go Venice seaside same buses as before
but here you settle the driver 75cents and 50cents for a transfer
afterwards you can get stale at Venice Blvd and Lincoln and catch the 33 or stay on the bus till California and verbs to the Santa Monica #2
Note Santa Monica buses now propose a day slip away for $2.50
now if you needed to to Beverly hills
from equal staring point expect this time you would
board a Culver city #6 bus pay the driver $1.00 and get hold of
a transfer to the Metro 4 for to Beverly hill
