What are the pros and cons to living surrounded by Florida?
We went to Florida on holiday and loved it. We are considering moving here. What are the best things about it? The worst? What city do you recommend the most?
pros will depend on where on earth You coming from..
Miami is fantastic to visit but when living is despicable because You will find Peoples from adjectives around the world (talking in 27 languages) plus the hectic energy of the to many nation "throwing" party Year round.
nil calm at adjectives.
From a big City?
not enough "Subway"(neither, train or sandwich) You call for to have Your own sports car and drive it!! subsequently,You will need to cram to roll down the window and yelp back to the other driver within the middle of the rush hour.LMAO
I love Miami .is NOT the term used by Miamians, the valid term is
I love YOU Miami.
Miami :my home
Florida is great for its red juice. Thats the best article to come out of there. I intuitively think its a suitable place to vacation but couldnt stand the 1 season climate. I entail 4 seasons to survive.
It's obedient for vacation, sucks for living! I've lived here for over 2 years, and getting arranged to go put money on to Ohio...yes, Ohio is better than Florida.
I agree with punk_raw...horrible drivers, discouraging traffic, crime rate, hot all the time, nobody speaks english anymore...etc
check out a site call city-data.com, they have discussion boards more or less various places to live.
near is more to florida than south florida. if you want a racy life and don't mind the culture shock than south florida is for you. nearby is orlando, the west coast of florida and the panhandle has impossible to tell apart climant, beaches and more affordable living, worst entity about florida unsurprisingly is hurricane season but if you look around in the together continental us every region at one time or another feels mother nature's wrath. as far as city it depends on what you do and where on earth you are in natural life. destin, panama city beach, pensacola, daytona sand, jacksonville, sarasota all are great places it only just depends on what you are looking for.
The pro's are definately the weather. Love it! The cons are it have gotten way to expensive. At this point within are more people moving out of state than are moving into the state. Also a con is it is really very crowded.
One of the highest crime rates within the nation (often #1!)
No change of season
Cubans taking over
Walt Disney World
4 words hurricane katrina.
I moved here from up North 5 yrs ago and I approaching it I guess. It's different than what I expected. We lived in the Ft. Lauderdale nouns and just surrounded by the time I lived there I be amazed at how populated it became a short time ago in those few years. It's sturdy because in the Miami nouns, English isn't particularly the first spoken communication spoken. If you want a job surrounded by that area, Spanish isn't required, but a bilingual being would get a brief over an English only personality.
The schools.I don't know, they're overcrowded surrounded by my opinion. They also own a testing here call FCAT and basically within certain level levels, the kids requirement to pass this check in lay down to move on to the subsequent grade height. It's not all grades, but reliable ones need to slip away. Then in direct to graduate high college, the kids need to overrun the big test. If they don't ratify, they don't graduate. In my opinion, this have its pros and cons to it.
Let's see..if you plan on renting, it's kind of expensive contained by the Ft. Lauderdale area. Miami too! I enjoy since moved further north and I enjoy it MUCH better up here. A lot smaller amount populated, I like the school better, it's more of a family orient place. A place to raise a clan.
I really enjoyed S. FL when I lived at hand. But it got frail real in a hurry. The face pace, partying lifestyle. But I love the beaches! :)
No thing where you call a halt up moving to, places are always nice to call round, not always nice to live within. And like I said, to deputation, S. FL was awesome. To make higher a family, not so much. But near are plenty of places in FL to move to if that's what you guys terminated up deciding.
Be sure to check out auto insurance rates, home insurance rates, school, employment opportunities, etc. There's LOTS to factor surrounded by when you decide to move.
Best of luck to you two!
