Shark Valley out on the Tamiami trail is a nice tour through the Everglades. The Miccosuki and Seminole Indian reservations are interesting, one of them have a swamp buggy tour, Billie Swamp Safari.
Palm Beach county has a nice zoo, Rapids wet park.
And of course here are the beaches
