Are at hand age requirements to hold your own housing(renting apartments)?
Answers:
In the United States you own to be 18 years old to rent an appartment.
When you rent an appartment, you are entering into a reasonably binding contract. This cannot be done by a minor in the United States. However, your parents or another grown could co-sign.
I'm not sure about other countries, but it's probably 18 or 21 years mature. Hope this helps and best wishes!
You own to be over 18 to sign a contract in NY State.
In charge to rent an apartment in NYC, you usually enjoy to have a lease. A lease is a contract.
Therefore, you would own to be over 18 to sign a lease, and without that, you usually cannot rent an apartment.
Yes.
You must be at least 18 years old--the minimum age of consent to enter into a properly binding agreement.
Other than this, I'm not aware of any age requirements mandated by tenet.
That doesn't mean that the managers/landlords won't enjoy their own requirements in increase. However, I don't think that they can justifiably discriminate based on age alone aside except within special circumstances (such as a retirement community, etc).
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
If you have money and can prove so, you should not own a problem, quite frankly, if you are going to live contained by NY, you should probably be at least 17 or so, it can draw from expensive. Get some roommates or a friend to help you out.
Because an apartment lease is a permissible document, and you have to be 18 years infirm to sign any legal document, accordingly, you need to be 18 years older to rent an apartment.
