What is nearby to do contained by Indy?
Such as malls. I have hear that the circle is good also. I don't know my approach around Indy either though.

Really there is not much to do within Indy when there's not any race or when it's not football season or basketball season.
There are a lot of clubs but that get old existing fast.
resembling the person above my answer said Circle Center Mall is pretty cool its four stories and three city blocks long. Indy have an under ground city but it is closed and have been for three years presently but i don't know why or for how long. That was a cool place it go for five city blocks long and three city blocks wide.
To me its pretty boring here.
Oh Yea I forgot give or take a few the State Fair, now that's profusely of fun but its in August.
There is a place downtown call Jillian's. It is 3 floors. On the 1st floor it is a restraunt and a bar.. really moral food.. the second floor is an arcade.. and on the third floor is a bowling alley, a jazz club and a bar... it's a ton of fun for everyone contained by the family, no business the age.
The best part of town for shopping is on the North Side. The Fashion Mall, sometimes call "Keystone at the Crossing" is wonderful! Also, on the North is Castleton Square Mall which recently be partially remodeled and have a brand new movie theater.
Circle Center Mall is also honest. It has a Carson Pirie Scott and Nordstroms. It is right downtown and located effective a lot of hotels and sports venue.

Circle Centre is the best shopping arcade, plus it is right downtown so you can walk around to other places as very well

Mainly drinking and sports... citizens looking for "culture" and other things will be disappointed. Its not New York or San Francisco. Just don't go into it thinking that near will be a lot and you won't be as disappointed.
I reccommend The Slippery Noodle Inn (great music) and Shula's Steakhouse for food. For dance, you should go to Broadripple or some of the clubs downtown. Any will suffice.
I love Indy, but its for population who like the simple pleasures contained by life. Its categorically not for the incontinent
