I'd live in Virginia. There is really greatly to do ~ if you don't concentrate on the negative! Positive? Williamsburg, if you love history, Mt. Vernon, proximity to DC, drive of Alexandria, beautiful mountains to the west for relaxation, Louray. It's a superb, energetic State beside a lot going on!
