You want greatly. I'd say at least possible $2000. From a financial standpoint, you would be better off buying.
With the occupation in Austin as large as it is, you'll be lucky to even find anything. i'm in the apartment business, trust me-LOOK NOW!
It depends on the age of it as well. We own been looking for 2/2 contained by that area near the low end individual (in a decent apartment complex but NOT the nicest) $840 if that pass you any idea.
You might want to check out Buda or Kyle nouns...you can rent a house out there for around $1000.
