Nope...boring. I'd rather drop by the Texas Capitol Building. There is MUCH more to see.
Of course...it's a valuable slice of San Antonio History.
While I don't go regularly, I have be to the Alamo fequently in the recent past, and will probably gone again. I have also bookish about the Mission San Antonio de Valero contained by school, and through my own personal research.
I own the moderate interest in the Alamo Shrine that any original Texan would.
in good health its cool to visit the definite Alamo in Brownsville Texas just about half an hour away its explicit with a modest plaque the Alamo within San Antonio is a partial reconstruction of the genuine Alamo and is more of a memorial than anything else as not to detract from the solemnity of the actual site
um... i guess, i dont really know that much more or less it.

Sure, its been contained by existance for over 250 years, its a great part of our history.
