not sure- all I can suggest is Googling "bus companies that service LAX" and later Google each of them and see if they enjoy service to San Dimas. Sorry this is all I can conjecture of to help you out- but I hope it works!
Go to www.metro.lattice for the routes, schedules and fare. The metro bus service definitely serves both places, but you will enjoy to transfer buses. If I be doing it, I would just spring for the cost of the Super Shuttle. Go outside the arrival nouns and to the traffic island for Super Shuttle. (It is well-marked.) They have a concierge in attendance, and he can put you on a proper shuttle.
I've also given you a link below to their website. You could pre-arrange your ride beside them as well. After a long flight, wouldn't it be worth another $30 or so?
One concluding note: San Dimas is closer to the Ontario airport, which could store you some money if your originating flight could travel to Ontario instead. And the Super Shuttle cost would be less. (Or bus would be Foothill Transit, I chew over.)
