I use Amigo - it's out of San Antonio, and base on my research when I selected them, they be among the lowest prices.
No contract either.
GEXA ENERGY..By far has the lowest rates... I enjoy had TXU..big mistake..THen Reliant..another big mistake later Texas Power ... but Gexa... my electric bills have consistantly stayed underneath 200 a month and they even give me Amrican Airlines miles too
