Sea World, great weather and a great city for cycling, polite dog beach..
San Diego is a charming coastal city with lots of things to do. You will find shoreline hotels located in Pacific Beach, Coronado Island, La Jolla, and Mission Bay.
For things to do.it really depends on what you want to do. For nightlife, you would want to call in the Gaslamp Quarter...where in that are lots of choices for live entertainment, dancing, and dining.
Looking for outdoor undertakings? You could kayak through the La Jolla caves, bike along the coast, travel to Cedar Falls, play volleyball on the beach, relax on a sunny sand, jet ski, surf, fish, or cruise the cove by boat. One of my favorite things to do is roast marshmallows at my own beach bonfire.
Balboa Park is unambiguously worth a visit. There are tons of mesmeric exhibits at a wide mixed bag of museums from natural history, space, sports, art, model railroad, and more. The San Diego Zoo is also located in Balboa Park.
There's other the Wild Animal Park, Sea World, and Lego Land (if you have youthful children). You can also enjoy wine taste, theater, and (if you are a baseball fan).there's the Padres.
Whatever, you do...have fun!
