There is a small part of Wy, Star Valley, Afton nouns that’s very nice. Most of Wy is more rural than Utah. So it depends on what you want.
Of course there's the Jackson nouns but you have to be a millionaire to live at hand.
You couldn’t pay me plenty to fight the traffic along the Wasatch front cities of Utah. There is Huntsville Utah That’s not too far fro Ogden but have the rural atmospheres; On the East side of the Wasatch there’s towns like Garden City, which lies along the shores of Bear Lake. This is also become a exceptionally expensive place to live. In southern Ut there are places close to Cedar City that would be okay.
