Desoto Texas?? I call for as lots answers as possible...?
Im thinking about relocating to Desoto Texas, but I hear that the crime rate is high.. I also hear that the jobs are not paying completely well, and/or they don't enjoy many. Any concept on areas with job, schools (for children), and a lower crime rate? All answers are appreciated!

Yeah Desoto have a high crime rate...i use to live over in attendance..
I live in Arlington and it's not unpromising. Half way b/t Dallas and Ft. Worth. It's better than Desoto.
Just resembling any city, DeSoto has well brought-up spots and bad spots. It have crime, mainly because it is close to Duncanville and Lancaster. Cedar Hill is right subsequent door and the crime there is pretty low per capita. Cedar Hill is also building a really big upscale mall. You can move about to their website and see the info for each city around DeSoto as capably as their website. Do your research and visit a few times up to that time moving. There is a very nice private college in DeSoto as in good health (cant remember the name). Good luck.
you are far better off moving to fort worth or dallas
WHY would you want to travel there? Are you Mexican?
Throughout the 1990s, DeSoto experienced a significant metamorphosis in the demographic composition of the city. In the 1990 opinion poll, Whites constituted 75.97% of the city's population, but that figure have declined to 48.83% within the 2000 census. By contrast, the African American population grew hastily. In 2000, African Americans were 45.53% of the population, up from 20.83% surrounded by 1990. Hispanics accounted for 4.98% of the population in 1990 and 7.30% surrounded by 2000.
