Is it illicit for kids to use fireworks contained by Los Angeles?
I have these stupid neighbors that enjoy been popping fireworks adjectives day long, should I phone up the police?

Fireworks are informal in most of LA. There are unquestionable areas where it is permissible. Alhambra is one. I believe the City of Bell is another. But as far as age limits, I focus it's best that only adults use them.

it's been Illegal for decades presently (many many years) and if you do ring the police make sure you bring up to date them to keep it Anonymous, sometimes the police officer(s) will explain to them who called and that will merely create problems for you in your neighborhood.
When calling the police oodles times they will ask for your name and phone number but remind them that it's Anonymous and you don't want to distribute that information out for safety reason

Fireworks are illegal surrounded by LA Country period. As long as you can give the name anonymously! But hey, it is the 4th of July and as long as they don't blow their little fingers off or burn your house down! LOL
