It's a burgeoning community, with retirees coming from the north and illegals from the south. It's Arizona's copy of Berkeley, probably the most liberal city in the state. Which is not fruitless if you like that sort of piece.
Annoying Scottsdale clubbers, Guidos and silicone girls near high standards. It's a nice town, but too expensive for me. I would fairly live in Southern California if I could afford a house here.
