For those in Texas (preferably surrounding Dallas), around roughly how much would a taxi minicab ride cost to from the Dallas airport to Frisco, TX? The mileage distance is 25-30 miles away. Also, is there any other agency to travel that type of distance in Dallas lacking a cab or rental sports car?

Consider using public transit. From DFW airport, the DART system can get you into downtown on an express bus route consequently their light banister line can transport you to Plaino which is near Frisco. Also the TRE commuter banister line serves the DFW airport via a conecting free shuttle from the Centrepoint station. The TRE vein operates between Dallas and Ft. Worth making connections to the fluffy rail lines and other buses on both ends. Taxi's contained by Dallas are way expensive so public transit would be a pious option. Best of luck!
