How did the Olympic Sculpture Park (Seattle Art Museum) carry its autograph?

I don't believe that Seattle has ever hosted the Olympic games.

Lisa A, that be incredibly mean, this is travelfreefaq.com after adjectives...

Anyway, the park is named after the Olympic Mountains which you can see from the park itself.
Take a look at that big peninsula right across Puget Sound, and see what it's named. That's right - you get it - the OLYMPIC peninsula! It's been at hand a LOT longer than there hold been Olympic games - even the ANCIENT ones.

Maps are GOOD!
This open-handed of stuff is actually a sore point beside the Olympic committee - they hold the trademark on the word "Olympics", and will not allow it to be used for any private company that does business outside of the state because they think it hurts the "Olympics" brand as it refers to the sports events.

So, "Olympic Sculpture Park" is OK as it refers to the Olympic mountains contained by Washington State because they do not do business out of state.

"Olympic Boat Center" is OK because they only provide boats in the state of Washington. But if a company grew to the point that they be doing business all up and down the west coast, or general, they'd probably be forced to change their pet name to remove theh word "Olympic".
Oh my. Take a history class. Take a geography class. A map reading class even. Please. Heck, whip a mythology class. You do know that the Olympic games are named after something else, right?
