I want to move to Oregon. Is it natural that I can find a place that is to say essential the city, But not getto?

I will only be abile to afford a small single, conceivably a one bedroom, But it would have to be around or below $450.oo.

And I don't own a vehicle, So I would need to be effective the city where at hand is transportation, stores, And hopefully near a community college, motive I need to start college again too.

Answers:
Maybe in Methwaukie for $450.
there is no ghetto contained by oregon, buddy
You should really look into finding a roommate on Craigslist. That will significantly cut down on your rent. If you want to live close contained by, try the Kerns, Buckman, Sullivan's Gulch, Sellman or 30th blocks in the Laurelhurst nouns. They are all close surrounded by and the apartments in those areas are smaller amount pricey than downtown and the west side but they are still cool neighborhoods with great public transportation at your doorstep. I lived right on the rim of Laurelhurst (not the part beside big fancy houses) but right next to it and I shared a three bedroom place for $1,050/mo. It be a nice place but very aged in a well brought-up way. My share be only a $350/mo. All the neighborhoods I mentioned are safe and sound and clean neighborhoods. The farther east you walk or North Portland will be more run down but all within all, Portland doesn't really hold "ghettos." And the west side is all nice. If you moved to Beaverton, there's more traffic and have a car is better to procure around.
NOT TO MANY GETTO'S IN OREGON
Thats not going to appear, ghetto or not. 450 is what you can expect to pay to share a room near someone.

Look at spending a little more and maaaaybe you can find an apartment to rent.

Goodluck.

EDIT: Proofs within the pudding. Check the link. Almost every single one is for a room mate.

You didn't say what city or town. If you're chitchat Portland, it can be fairly pricey. You could attain a roommate and pay in the order of 450 each, or you can find a exceedingly small studio for about that much surrounded by the suburbs. Check out Beaverton, Tigard, etc.

***To follow up on your Additional Details: Sure, it says $450 within many places, but that doesn't mingy there are in actual fact apartments available for those prices. Many places just puff at those "low low" prices to bring people contained by the door, then obviously the "one" apartment in the intact complex at that price isn't available, so they'll say the subsequent price range is $599, or anything. Kind of dishonest how they do it, IMO, but that's the way it is. Thought I'd inform you. Hope that help.

PS, yes I live in Oregon.
You're not going to be able to find anything for lower than $600 in the metro nouns, unless you get a roommate or rent a room surrounded by someone's house.
