What is your view of the best suburb of Chicago to live within?
Looking to move to the area soon, looking to be no more than 30 minutes from downtown. Never be there until that time but they tell me it's nice. Just kid...
Any advice from associates that know the area would be fundamentally appreciated, thank you!

Depends on what you're looking for, to be honest.
By "30 minutes from downtown" do you mean during rush hour, or do you be going to during off-peak? If you mean during rush hour, you're going to seriously constraint your alternatives...
Wheaton might be perfect for you. It is on the Metra commuter string, and express trains take in the order of 30 minutes to arrive in downtown Chicago. The school are excellent, the shopping and restaurants are nice and the parks are beautiful. It is the home of Wheaton College.

Oak Brook is another one but its mostly dignified class like Burr Ridge and Highland Park.
Middle class suburbs are resembling Glendale Heights, Elk Grove Village, Naperville, Downers Grove, Tinley Park and Orland Park.
Evanston or Oak Park enjoy that small town charm & have convienient access to Chicago via the CTA.
