House work? how much is the rate?
i have neighbors askin me to pasture their backyards(normal size backyard),some wants to meander their dogs,re-paint their room?
How much to ask them if iwant in currency? is it per hour? pls help guys ... i dont know the rate...

Usually it's not set up hourly. They provide you near the tools, tell you how much work within is to do, and give you an estimate. I'm not sure what regular prices would be, but most of the time folks are very helpful to teens helping out with that brand of stuff, so they cough up a good amount.
$20 hour, they rate for materials
